Today, on a message board that I frequent, I posted the following question:

 

"Is it just me of is this years election starting to get the feel of a really bad high school student council election?"

 

Everyday that I hear or see coverage of this election, I just get the feeling that this is what it feels like to me.  One side seems to have it together but the other side is out of control. Frankly, I love to see the constant bickering amongst the Democrats because it exposes them for what they are. Each candidate has the long knives out against each other and all hell is breaking loose. They seem to be focused on winning no matter what.  To be honest with you, I am not buying the lines that ANY of the candidates are dishing out. We need a true statesman to be our next president, not one who will pander and cater to everyone's needs and wants. None of the current candidates seem to be statesmen.
